“I booked a course of personal training sessions with Tony with the main aim of getting into shape for the ski season. Tony tailored the programme around my objectives (greater core and leg strength, improved stamina and general toning up) and trained me over a period of several weeks. Tony’s expertise and approach helped me go from feeling flabby, weak and demotivated to strong, toned and bursting with energy! The ski season was fantastic, mainly because I was so much stronger physically. My legs felt as though they could carry on skiing forever and the improved core strength really helped my technique.
