I’ve loved sports from a young age. I like to use elements to train – simple, short exercises in which every part of your body participates. I am really good at spotting clients’ skills and weaknesses. After almost 20 years of training, I know exactly what’s required.
During my training sessions, clients need to be alert, focused and prepared to play. Working your body to its maximum gives it a better shape, a focused mind, better posture and quality of sleep and overall, a much better lifestyle.
