If you ask what fitness means to me, I’ll say that it’s my life. Ballet, Scaravelli Yoga, Vipasana Meditation, mat Pilates, kettlebells and fitness training are just a few of the disciplines I’ve studied. I am always looking for the best ways to nurture my clients’ potential.

I am very passionate about fitness and love training in a gym environment. I have been training in martial arts and weightlifting and, in the last three years, focused on circuit training and power lifting where I’ve found a love for strength and conditioning.

I’ve always had a passion for fitness. While studying PT, I had the amazing experience of selling healthy, nutritional cooking methods that have the proven ability to steer away from common lifestyle diseases like diabetes, cancer, obesity and heart disease. This put me in touch with people suffering from different diseases. Although I graduated with a Business degree, my love for fitness never went away.
