"My previous impressions of Yoga as a discipline were very limited compared to all the learning that I have made with Diana. With her, it is not only an exercise session, it is a philosophy for life. Diana helps you understand every muscle in your body and she knows your anatomy so well that can coordinate your movements and posture from head to toe. I have a renewed respet for Yoga and its benefits. Moreover, I am beginning to know my body and how it works which gives me enormous control over it.
