Definitions:

“The company” refers to Integrated Training Limited.

“Director” refers to the director of the company, Fabio Gomez.

“Client/s” refers to any person or persons who pay an agreed amount for training with the company.

All sessions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All sessions are paid in advance or by monthly instalments.

2. Payments are made by cheques, bank transfers and credit or debit cards (there is a credit cards and 3.9% for international credit or debit cards).

3. Outstanding balances are paid within 14 days. After this time, all remaining sessions amount is paid. The client also incurs an administrative charge of £10.00 for late

4. No refunds are available.

5. Late cancellations, made less than 24 hours before a session begins, are charged.

6. Pre-paid blocks of sessions are used within a designated period that depends on the number of sessions purchased.

6.1 Block of 10 sessions must be taken within 3 months or 13 weeks from the purchase date.

6.2     Block of 20 sessions must be taken within 6 months or 26 weeks from the purchase date.

6.3 After that period, sessions have expired. No refund is available.

The effectiveness of personal training not only depends on the technical side of exercise but also on the client's discipline and frequency of training. Session cancellations and irregular training are the obstacles, which may delay achieving the client's fitness goals.
