I have dedicated the last three years to the study of health-preserving Tai Chi and Qigong, acting as an apprentice to one of China’s most famous Daoist Tai Chi masters in the Wudang Mountains. I am inspired by the psychological effects of movement. I specialise in Sports Specifics, Mauy Thai kickboxing and pad work, all health-preserving practices.
I combine soft Wudang Daoist arts and modern Western sports science to offer a new holistic approach to health and fitness.
