If you asked what fitness means to me, I’d say that it’s my life. I have studied a large array of disciplines such as Ballet, Scaravelli Yoga, Vipasana Meditation, mat Pilates, Kettlebells Fitness Training, and many more! I am beyond qualified to nurture my clients’ potential, ensuring that I do this in the best way for them.
Personal training is a two-way commitment- you commit to believing that you will set and achieve your goals and I commit to finding specific training that you’d enjoy and that’d ensure those goals are met. I believe that each of us needs bespoke training that pushes us towards positive change in an enjoyable way.
I’ve loved sports from a young age. I like to use elements to train – simple, short exercises in which every part of your body participates. I am really good at spotting clients’ skills and weaknesses. After 20 years of training clients, you can rely on my guidance.
During my training sessions, clients need to be alert, focused and prepared. Working your body to its maximum keeps you in shape, focuses your mind, attains a better posture, improves your quality of sleep and overall, provides you with a much healthier and better lifestyle.

I’m a skilled personal trainer with a Sports Science Degree and an extensive knowledge in weight loss programmes and sports injury recovery.
I design and implement exercise programmes for a range of individual clients by collecting and analysing client information to ensure the effectiveness of personal exercise programmes. I employ appropriate motivational strategies to achieve this.
I’ve always had a passion for fitness. While studying PT, I had the amazing experience of selling healthy, nutritional cooking methods that have the proven ability to steer away from common lifestyle diseases like diabetes, cancer, obesity and heart disease. This put me in touch with people suffering from different diseases. Although I graduated with a Business degree, my love for fitness and health never went away.
I believe that our health and fitness is the first step to having a successful life. I want to help every client gain that balance.
