Cardio Fitness “Originally, I thought I would book a small number of
sessions just to get me to use the gym more often and to teach me
how to use the machines properly. Fabio's approach is holistic and
each session varies greatly, so I found after those first sessions that
while there was already a positive difference in my fitness,
equally there was so much more to achieving a good level of fitness,
including core stability, mobility and cardio. |
