Cardio Fitness

“Originally, I thought I would book a small number of sessions just to get me to use the gym more often and to teach me how to use the machines properly. Fabio's approach is holistic and each session varies greatly, so I found after those first sessions that while there was already a positive difference in my fitness, equally there was so much more to achieving a good level of fitness, including core stability, mobility and cardio.
Achievements? Rather than feeling exhausted at the end of each day, I have loads more energy. Friends and colleagues have noticed that my posture has really improved, I have also changed my diet quite substantially for the better having realised how much diet contributes to fitness and overall wellbeing. I have a really demanding job so early on I found it quite challenging to make exercise completely routine, but I think I've made really good progress. You get what you put into it!” (Ellie Runcie)
